Take the guesswork
out of thermal management.
No matter what stage of the design process you find yourself in, ElectroThermal Design can help you figure out if your product is thermally viable. Drawing from over a decade of experience generating complex thermal simulations for high-power electronics, we have refined our process down to a science.

// Approach
From the design brief to the report.
Three reproducible phases. Each phase produces a deliverable you can sign off on, trace, and anchor to a physical measurement.
Frame the thermal envelope
Inputs arrive as a heat-map, a power budget, and a target geometry. We pin boundary conditions, ambient cases, and the worst-case fan curve before any mesh hits the solver.
// boundary_conditions = P_total, T_amb, v_in
Run FEA + CFD together
Conjugate heat transfer — solid–fluid. Temperature, velocity, and pressure solved in a single coupled run until residuals dip below the convergence floor.
// solve(solid = T, fluid = Δv, ΔP)
Deliver the report
An intuitive report detailing the results and conclusions of the analysis. Annotated figures, settling tables, and a margin-of-error lens applied against the bench.
// report.margin = ±10%
// Devices we analyze
All types of
power electronic devices.
Thermal analysis works the same physics at every scale, but the boundary conditions change with the system. The list below is what flows through the ETD solver on a typical quarter.

// Example report
What you can expect.
Upon completion you will receive an intuitive report and/or presentation detailing the results and conclusions of the analysis. Every figure is annotated, every assumption is traced, every inch of your design is thermally profiled.

ETD 1kW Concept Thermal Analysis Report.
// report = 1kW_concept, standalone_package, IR_validated
Annotated temperature map, streamline plots, settling table, and the conclusions every reviewer can quote back to the design review.
// Engage ETD
Push higher power, run cool.
Send us a brief — your product constraints, your thermal envelope, your geometries — and we'll come back with a feasibility report outlining the necessary steps to take you from concept to final product. Free of charge.
